Banssa Refund Policy
At Banssa, we take pride in offering high-quality bamboo tissue and hygiene products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to handle returns and refunds with transparency and fairness.
Eligibility for Refunds
Banssa products are classified under Personal Hygiene and Homecare. As such, returns or exchanges are not permitted, except for cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery by contacting us at info@banssa.in.
To be eligible, customers must provide an uncut parcel opening video clearly showing:
- The unopened package.
- The unboxing process.
- The defect or issue with the product.
Refunds will not be approved without a valid unboxing video.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Minor natural variations in texture, color, or packaging.
- Used or opened hygiene products due to safety reasons.
- Orders placed with incorrect address or customer error.

Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
In case of replacement, we will dispatch the new item after the issue is verified.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. All final decisions on refunds and exchanges rest with the Banssa Quality Team.
